Made to Measure Slabs!

Homesafe Doors, the leading brand of customised composite doors now offer ‘made to measure’ slabs! Available to all customers regardless of volume, the ‘Regency GRP Slab’ offer suits those customers who wish to fit our customised doors into their frames.

Each slab is fitted with EdgeGuard™ to the hinge and lock side of the slab giving added protection and clean, neat edges to the door. As standard, the slab is prepared for the ERA 2-hook euro-cylinder MPL or Vectis door lock a long with ERA Premier or Challenger adjustable hinges; and can be prepped for a standard letterplate if required. In addition our slabs can be prepared for any other lock & door hardware, subject to compatibility.

Slabs can be provided unglazed using our patented Flushglaze™ glazing system which is supplied with separate security clips and an internal cassette trim, or we can provide factory glazed slabs with your choice of standard or decorative glazing selected from our extensive range.

The Regency slab offer gives customers the flexibility of ordering “sized” slabs with the confidence that all doors are made to measure, ensuring the door retains its strength through the consistent thickness of the hardwood sub-frame.

Our high performance GRP skin is manufactured using our patented Colour Fusion™ process.

Regency GRP slabs can are subject to a 4 day delivery service on unglazed slabs and a 7 day delivery service on glazed and non-standard slabs; ensuring that Homesafe can offer a number of solutions to help you to meet your customer needs swiftly and efficiently.
